I'm a retired provider with over 20 years in this industry, which means I'm not learning your world on the job. I've lived it. The late-night screening, the touring grind, the ads that need constant attention, the burnout that creeps in when you're trying to do everything yourself. I know it because I did it.
I built Companion Assist because the providers I knew kept telling me the same things: they were burning out on the admin, the screening was eating their nights, they couldn't keep up with ads, and the few VA services out there didn't understand what they actually did for a living. I figured I could do better.
Companion Assist isn't a corporation. It's me, paying close attention to your business so you don't have to. If we work together, you're going to know me and I'm going to know you. That's the whole point.
